Backpacks for the Homeless

Backpacks for the Homeless is an initiative to help the poor and needy here in Anamosa. Backpacks are filled with needed selfcare items and kept at the Anamosa Public Library. They are given out on an as needed basis. If an active collection is happening a link to signup for items will be posted below. We collect the following items to assemble backpacks:

• Rain Poncho
• Deck of Playing Cards
• Waterbottle
• Toothpaste
• Travelsize Wet Wipes
• Plastic Rosary
• Shampoo and Conditioner
• Travel Size Body Wash
• Travel Size Lotion
